What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and deploy AI solutions at lightning speed, turning concepts into working prototypes within 24-hour cycles
• Take complete ownership of AI implementations from initial concept through deployment and optimization, with full autonomy and decision-making power

Technical Lead Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of a revolutionary AI-enhanced ecosystem that will transform traditional marketing and community management into high-performance, automated engines capable of delivering exponential business value
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated AI-native thinking pattern – you must approach problems with AI solutions as your first instinct, not as an afterthought
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, with proven expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/LLM solutions in production environments through API integration, prompt engineering, or automated systems
• Strong command of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and expertise in designing scalable distributed systems
• Deep understanding of LLM model selection criteria and optimization for specific use cases
• Proven expertise with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation and application

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
