Technical Operations Manager - NetSuite

Aspire 92 is seeking a skilled Technical Operations Manager with deep expertise in NetSuite software, technical development, and an ACCA background. This role will manage and optimize operations through NetSuite while coordinating with clients to ensure their requirements are met. The ideal candidate will bridge technical, financial, and operational functions, driving both internal efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Manage and optimize NetSuite software for seamless integration with business processes.
• Lead technical development projects, including system customizations, enhancements, and integrations within NetSuite.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding system-related issues and operational processes.
• Coordinate internal teams to align on client deliverables, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Analyze financial data and operational metrics, providing insights to improve both internal workflows and client outcomes.
• Provide support and training to internal staff and clients on NetSuite and related technical processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure financial operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Work with external vendors or consultants for advanced technical needs or system upgrades.

• ACCA qualification is mandatory.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite software, including configuration, customization, and user support.
• Strong operational management experience, preferably in a technical or financial context.
• Experience coordinating with clients and managing their technical requirements.
• Solid technical development background, particularly in integrating and customizing business systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring both client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with external APIs and system integration projects.
• Familiarity with client relationship management in a B2B environment.
