Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources needed.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Monitor and report on progress of the project, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and key milestones with stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation and update records regularly.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and tracking expenditure.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members regarding project tasks.
• Utilize project management software and tools to maximize efficiency.
• Support the transition of projects to operational teams post-delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaborative efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or associate project manager in a technical environment.
• More then 2 years of experience in project management
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
• Experience in managing budgets and resource allocations.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage ambiguity.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with technical standards and practices.
