Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to facilitate project execution
• Coordinate and regularly communicate project objectives, progress, and updates to stakeholders and team members
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and forecast resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve project management processes and methodologies
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering professional growth and development
  
  

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field; PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
