As a Technical Project Manager, you will assist the Information and Digital Technology team to enable the delivery of business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud-based productivity tools with a focus on collaborative tools including Microsoft Apps and Atlassian Products. The IT Technical Project Manager will support the successful deliver of our IT transformation initiatives, and will work to build relationships with internal stakeholders,

As a IT Technical Project Manager will be responsible for building an in-depth understanding of our business requirements, processes and technical needs allowing them to recommend, design, implement and support solutions that best fit business needs by utilizing cutting-edge technology and AI.

• Proposing, documenting, and implementing enhancements to improve the performance and reliability of our business systems and employee experience.
• Using creative problem-solving techniques to identify the source of issues, while ensuring clear communication with end-users and colleagues at every step.
• Understanding the role of data in an organization and the importance of internal business systems in delivering clean and reliable data continuously.
• Making technical recommendations for solutions when necessary.
• Suggesting new systems that can add value to the organization and its processes.
• Working within an Agile framework to organize tasks, update stakeholders, and deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
• Having an exceptional understanding of business processes and how technology can enhance them through enablement and automation.
• Managing different stakeholders' priorities while maintaining balance throughout various delivery cycles.
• Understanding of how AI can deliver improvements to back-office operations and employee experience. Preferably with sound examples.
  
  

Job requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Transformation projects within organizations.
• 10 years of experience in IT projects from a technical PM and BA perspective.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Sound knowledge of back-office systems, IT infrastructure, and system integrations.
• Focused on delivery with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
• Team player who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves.
• Solid understanding of cyber security regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge of system integrations using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Experience organizing work with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Software, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A drive to exceed expectations with an above and beyond attitude.
