droppGroup is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a strong grasp of modern technologies, job market dynamics, and emerging industry trends. You’ll play a key role in scaling our teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across engineering, product, and design functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source high-quality active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other creative channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Maintain and optimize pipelines through applicant tracking systems like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
- Leverage your understanding of the tech landscape and market trends to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.
- Continuously refine outreach and interview processes based on data, feedback, and evolving industry standards.
- Promote diverse hiring practices and help build inclusive teams.
- Represent droppGroup at tech recruiting events, job fairs, and relevant conferences when needed.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a high-growth tech company or startup.
- In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, as well as familiarity with modern engineering and product roles.
- Strong awareness of the talent market, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.
- Proven ability to source and close candidates across multiple disciplines and seniority levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach to recruiting.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and compliance standards related to hiring.
