droppGroup is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a strong grasp of modern technologies, job market dynamics, and emerging industry trends. You’ll play a key role in scaling our teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across engineering, product, and design functions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Source high-quality active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other creative channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain and optimize pipelines through applicant tracking systems like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
  • Leverage your understanding of the tech landscape and market trends to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.
  • Continuously refine outreach and interview processes based on data, feedback, and evolving industry standards.
  • Promote diverse hiring practices and help build inclusive teams.
  • Represent droppGroup at tech recruiting events, job fairs, and relevant conferences when needed.


Qualifications

  • At least 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a high-growth tech company or startup.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, as well as familiarity with modern engineering and product roles.
  • Strong awareness of the talent market, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Proven ability to source and close candidates across multiple disciplines and seniority levels.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach to recruiting.
  • Familiarity with employment regulations and compliance standards related to hiring.
