Responsibilities:

• Debug, analyze, and resolve technical issues in applications promptly and effectively.
• Provide first and second-level support to end-users and internal teams, ensuring timely
  
  

and accurate issue resolution.

• Collaborate with development teams to identify and address root causes of issues,
  
  

implementing permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.

• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues, taking
  
  

preventive measures.

• Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and excellent customer
  
  

satisfaction.

• Document support processes, procedures, and issue resolutions for knowledge sharing
  
  

and continuous improvement.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey
  
  

complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

• The role entails working alternating shift timings during weekends, day and nights.
  
  

Primary Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages C# and ASP.NET
• Strong concepts of Object Oriented Programming fundamentals
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ticketing systems and support tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as a technical support or a similar role
