ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our Territory Manager is our front-line leader who manages the distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and deliver sales, Key Performance Indicators / targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the business to the desired ambition Underlying Volume / Sales Growth.
- Account Management:
- Cultivate key account relationships, specializing in the Modern Trade sector and deliver tailored solutions based on customer preferences.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the Modern Trade channel aimed at boosting product visibility and sales.
- Strategic Planning:
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and foster market share growth, staying abreast of market trends & competitor activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure efficient product distribution and availability
- Lead and drive an extended team – Build team & develop talent.
- Be accountable to uphold the business Key Performance Indicators.
- Redefine the process post execution analysis with strong analytical skills.
- BBA/MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management.
- Proven track record of working with key accounts such as Imtiaz, Chase Up, and Carrefour.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Command over Microsoft Office and Power BI
- Active feet on street and market time
- Capability to Strategize and possess strong execution skills.
- Updated with competition insights.
- This is an empowered role hence the resource should display accountability, responsibility and have strong bias for action.
