We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, and Sales Professional to oversee & play a vital role to enhance our Dairy Sales Business being based in Multan. The candidate would be seasons to handle a large team of Direct & Master Distribution mainly spread in Multan & Its Outstations.

Vacancy Description
Maintain the effective route planning with frequency, load capacity, PJP settings etc. to minimize operational cost & build distribution efficacy. Managing the distribution field sales teams & follow up on sales KPIs.
Handle the Field team for development of brands in market through availability – identification of sales gaps & devise plan to capture the business opportunities.
Development of Retail Audit insightful read on the volume and share.
Perfect Store Program
Wholesale Loyalty Program
Sub-Distributors program
Managing the distributor’s work force – Execution of DSR Top Gun Program – Performance management for DSRs
Providing training & development interventions to the distributor’s team – Identification of skill gaps

What We Ask
Qualification:
- Preferably MBA (Sales & Marketing)
- 2+ years of experience in Sales in any related industry or similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong Sales mindset
