Job Purpose:

To manage assigned territory by handling distributers and achieve assigned targets by implementing sales strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Country BDM and Sales Support team to contribute to the route-to-market strategy for the target customers
  • Develop targets for key accounts within the allocated region and meet regularly with the customers to track, monitor, and report on the performance against the agreed targets
  • Work closely with customers to identify any product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback to the relevant team internally
  • Act as the first point of contact for key customers to assist in resolving issues and collecting payments, and follow up with logistics to ensure delivery of products as per the agreed timelines
  • Visit stores to check stock levels and product expiry dates to ensure the availability of quality products in the market
  • Identify, pursue and build robust business relationships with key customers across the allocated region
  • Identify and expand NFL’s presence in underserved markets using market intelligence
  • Provide specific feedback to the BDM, QIRD and Marketing team on the performance of new and existing product categories or any product related issues that may arise in the region
  • Track, monitor and report on actual spend for the allocated region with details of any variances against the allocated regional budget
  • Attend regular reviews with the BDM to report actual sales vs allocated targets and highlight any issues that may hinder the achievement of agreed targets
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor performance and evolving consumer preferences
  • Prepare and submit regular management sales reports for the allocated region
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Background Requirements:

Education: Graduate

Experience: 3-4 years relevant experience preferred.
