Vacancy Description
- Achievement of Territory/Area, volume and value targets of Primary & Secondary sales while maintaining the portfolio’s availability plan and business partner’s ROIs.
- Create an on-field impact by driving distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, new inductions, key developments and drop size.
- Achievement of employee Engagement Index Score
- Responsible for preparing and managing monthly sales budgets for the relevant distributors in the given territory/area and their business ROIs.
- Provide on-the-job training to sales team, monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, stock return, new developments and stock on the floor.
- Handling of all major Food Services channels like HoReCa, Business & Industries, HELT & Armed Forces.
- Track and report movements of other products in the category (MIR) Monitor competitor’s activity and report to superiors through daily activity report.
- To lead field area sales operations team in order to achieve yearly sales targets by delivering on distribution & route to market KPIs (while ensuring business partner ROI).
- Responsible for ensuring all SOP's related to distribution warehousing
- Fulfilment of the requirement related to environmental safety, food safety and occupational health and safety is the primary responsibility of the position, in line of the ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, ISO 22000, DuPont and the International Food Standards applicable at FCEPL.
