Responsibilities:
- Drive Business to achieve Sales Targets
- Evaluate and appoint Distributors
- Effective execution of Sales Strategies
- Coordinate with Distributors and ensure smooth execution of operational plan
- Ensure timely recovery of Invoiced amounts
- Ensure Volume and Value Sales tracking
- Regular Reporting of Sales Trends and Market Analysis to senior management
- Organizational and leadership ability
- Problem solving aptitude
- Market and Category knowledge
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG sector, with a strong preference for experience in the detergent or related industries.
- Manage multiple accounts.
- Proven Track Record in similar role
- Education : Graduation or above
Monthly Salary : Rs. 90,000/- plus Fuel, EOBI, Health & Life Insurance coverage
