To ensure availability of vehicle to entitled staff as per agreed time line by Bank/dealers. Evaluate the need of staff for upgraded vehicle from their entitlement and facilitate them keeping KE save from additional cost. Liaison with stakeholders to settle the vehicle in case of staff exit.

1 -Car Benefit – Booking & Confirmation (50)

• Received request from People Connect
• Review and check the eligibility criteria
• ATL Generation
• PS & Treasury Signoff
• Request forward to Bank for Booking of vehicle
• Inform Staff for Vehicle booking confirmation and delivery time line through People Connect
  
  

2 -Car Benefit – Upfront / Refund / Cancellation (20)

• Upfront provided by bank and get this verified from Business Finance
• Refund / Additional upfront verification from Business Finance upon vehicle delivery
• Cancellation of vehicle as per staff request
  
  

3 - Car Benefot settlement (20)

To facilitate Exit staff for settlement of lease facility

• Liaise with Final Settlement team for Staff decision for Car settlement
• Coordinate with bank for staff decision for settlement i.e. Buy Back / Surrender / Lease Transfer
• Prepare letter for settlement of the staff vehicle
• Coordinate with Fleet department for NOC
