HR Data & Analytics Trainee (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)

Location: Muslim Town, Lahore | Duration: [3 Months] | Department: CHR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee with skills in Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel to support the HR team in building dynamic dashboards and automating reporting processes. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply data visualization and analytics skills in a real-world HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau to visualize key metrics (e.g., recruitment, turnover, performance).
• Use Advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, Power Query, VBA/macros, etc.) to streamline HR data workflows.
• Automate recurring reports and support data-driven decision-making within HR.
• Clean, structure, and validate data from different sources (HRIS, spreadsheets, ATS, etc.
• Collaborate with the HR team to understand reporting needs and propose visual solution).
• Document dashboards and automation processes for knowledge sharing and continuity.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus but not required.
