Trainee Consultant Cloud Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Partner Center Management Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to manage and optimize our Microsoft Partner Center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling partner relationships, licensing, subscriptions, and overall platform management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft Partner Center portal, including user access, permissions, and security settings.
• Handle Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) program administration, including subscription management, license provisioning, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) policies and program guidelines.
• Monitor and optimize partner incentives, benefits, and competencies.
• Assist in onboarding new partners, managing partner accounts, and resolving technical or operational issues.
• Generate and analyze reports related to billing, subscriptions, and partner performance.
• Stay updated on Microsoft licensing models, partner programs, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Partner Center.
• Provide support for incentive claims, rebates, and financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Microsoft support teams for escalations and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Partner Center or a similar licensing/partner management platform.
• Understanding of Microsoft CSP, MPN, and licensing models.
• Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 subscriptions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI (preferred), and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Certification in Microsoft CSP, Azure Fundamentals, or relevant Microsoft certifications is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in partner relationship management or channel sales operations.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, and enterprise software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft licensing and billing portals.
