Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trainee Data Analyst to support our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This entry-level role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing project data to provide insights that enhance decision-making and project outcomes. The Trainee Data Analyst will work under the guidance of senior team members, with opportunities to develop skills in data analytics, reporting, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trainee Data Analyst to support our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This entry-level role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing project data to provide insights that enhance decision-making and project outcomes. The Trainee Data Analyst will work under the guidance of senior team members, with opportunities to develop skills in data analytics, reporting, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and maintain project data from various sources.
- Assist in creating and updating dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with PMO team members to improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Support the team in documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with an eagerness to learn and develop in a data-focused role.
