• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services in a professional and persuasive manne

• Log all activities and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce
)
• Track response rates, call volumes, meeting set rates, and other KPIs dail

• Keep data clean, up-to-date, and aligned with sales and marketing campaign

• Work closely with Sales Executives, Marketing, and the SDR Team Lead to align outreach strategie
s

• Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related fiel
d
• 3-6 months of BPO experience in customer service, tech support, or outbound sale
s
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
s
• Strong online research, and information verification skill
s
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to build a career in tech sale
s
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email outreach platforms is a plu
s
• High level of self-motivation, discipline, and a willingness to lear
