- Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients based on target industries, buyer personas, and geographic location s
- Use advanced internet research techniques to gather contact information, business insights, and trigger events for outreac h
- Initiate outbound communication via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to introduce the company's tech solution s
- Craft personalized outreach messages tailored to each prospect based on their business needs and industry trend s
- Follow up consistently to nurture cold and warm leads and move them through the sales funne l
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT )
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services in a professional and persuasive manne r
- Log all activities and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce )
- Track response rates, call volumes, meeting set rates, and other KPIs dail y
- Keep data clean, up-to-date, and aligned with sales and marketing campaign s
- Work closely with Sales Executives, Marketing, and the SDR Team Lead to align outreach strategie s

- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related fiel d
- 3-6 months of BPO experience in customer service, tech support, or outbound sale s
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skill s
- Strong online research, and information verification skill s
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to build a career in tech sale s
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email outreach platforms is a plu s
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and a willingness to lear n
