Job Summary:
We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Support Team Leader to assist the growing team of travel advisors. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of both client and agent needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to agent and client inquiries via email and internal messaging platforms
- Assist with booking confirmations, payment tracking, and supplier communications
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, organizing digital documents, and managing shared inboxes
- Troubleshoot booking or payment discrepancies with a calm, solution-focused approach
- Support the onboarding process for new agents by guiding them through internal systems and tools
- Communicate policy updates, reminders, and time-sensitive information clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and escalate complex issues to team leads when necessary
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or the travel industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Weekend availability is required
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Disney destinations, cruise lines, or major tour operators
- Experience using booking platforms and/or CRM systems
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic work environment
