Job Position: UI Developer

About the Role:

As a UI developer, you will be the bridge between design and engineering. You'll take beautiful, user-centric designs and translate them into a pixel-perfect, interactive, and responsive user interface.

You are not just a coder; you are an empathetic problem-solver with an eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. You will combine your technical expertise with a keen design aesthetic to ensure that our products not only function flawlessly but also delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Translate UI/UX design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, reusable, and responsive code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design & Development Synergy: Work directly with UI/UX designers to understand their vision and provide valuable feedback on the technical feasibility of design choices. Ensure designs are implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy and a focus on performance.
• Research & Innovation (R&D): Actively research and experiment with the latest front-end tools, frameworks, and design patterns (e.g., modern CSS techniques, new animation libraries, cutting-edge JavaScript APIs). Propose and advocate for new technologies that can enhance the quality, performance, and scalability of our user interfaces.
• User-Centric Implementation: Implement user feedback and A/B test results to continuously iterate and improve the product. Ensure all user interfaces are accessible (WCAG standards) and provide an intuitive user journey.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the team.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with back-end developers, product managers, and designers in an agile environment to deliver a cohesive product.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a front-end or UX Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with at least one major JavaScript framework/library, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• A solid understanding of core UX principles and the ability to interpret user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• A portfolio or collection of work that demonstrates your ability to combine development skills with a strong design aesthetic.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CSS pre-processors (Sass, Less) and CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion).
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience in R&D or a passion for exploring new technologies and unconventional solutions.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
