UiPath RPA Developer/Engineer

About the Role:

As a UiPath RPA Developer/Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions to automate business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that deliver tangible results.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test RPA workflows using UiPath Studio.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA deployments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Implement best practices for RPA development and deployment.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features and advancements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath. 
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
  • Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C#, or Python (preferred).
  • Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) are a plus.
  • Experience with OCR and AI integrations within UiPath is a plus.
