We are looking for a UI/UX and graphic designer who can work across various aspects of website creation. Candidates should have the ability to develop website layouts, update sites with changes or new information, and work with other teams to create concepts and website flows. • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in Web design is a plus.

• Plan and implement new website and user interface designs.
  
• Optimize existing web and user interface designs.
  
• Work on layouts, user experience, user interface, web fundamentals, typography, and modern website trends.
  
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Figma for design creation and prototyping.
  
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  
• Design websites according to the latest web design trends and standards.
  
• Provide advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing to analyze and predict user behavior.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other designers to deliver tailored and effective digital experiences.
  
• Break complex design problems into actionable solutions with clarity and precision.
  
• Combine creativity with a strong understanding of design elements and brand consistency.
  
• Responsible for web page layouts, logo design, social media creatives, posters, banners, and other print or digital design tasks.
  
• Create designs that are user-friendly, effective, and visually appealing.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  
• Experience working with or developing design systems and frameworks.
  
• Perform other relevant design-related tasks as required.
  

• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  
• Working experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator).
  
• Effective communication and time management skills.
  
• Continuously self-educate on the latest trends and practices in Web & UI/UX.
  
• Understanding of design flows, user journeys, and interactions.
  
• A keen eye for visual details.
  
• Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.
  
• Capacity to generate detailed design concepts, documentation, and prototypes.
  
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
  
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  
• Problem solver and customer-centered.
  
• Ability to quickly turn ideas and concepts into workable interface mockups and prototypes.
