UI/UX Designer

UI/UX designers are responsible for providing an extraordinary user experience by designing user-appealing and friendly designs. The UI/UX designers will work closely with the team of developers to create effective web/mobile applications designs using the best practices and software.

Requirements:

• BSc in Design, Fine Arts or a relevant field
• Proven work experience of 2+ years as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio of illustrations or design projects
• Must have hands on experience on FIGMA
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, dream-weaver and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams
• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking 
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Experience designing for various devices and platforms (iOS, Android, web, etc.).
• Problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges creatively.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code.

Responsibilities:

• Create unique designs by understanding and evaluating the requirements of the clients/stakeholder including drafts and final designs. 
• Collaborate with the client/stakeholder and internal team to create and have prompt delivery of customized experiences for the online user.
• Create top-notch UX designs that are user oriented by using prototypes, graphic designs, wireframes, storyboards etc. 
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot the problems in UI/UX designs.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.
• Responsive to the client/stakeholder feedback for the changes and meeting deadlines.
• Develop illustrations, logos, stationary designs, social media posts and other designs using software e.g Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
