ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to collaborate closely with our digital team in delivering seamless user interfaces for our e-commerce and internal platforms. This role involves overseeing the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals while enhancing the overall user experience.

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to collaborate closely with our digital team in delivering seamless user interfaces for our e-commerce and internal platforms. This role involves overseeing the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals while enhancing the overall user experience.
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Designing UI concepts and implementing a design system approach.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the end users.
- Excellent analytical abilities and knowledge of visual, UI and interaction design principles with attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience and understanding of Product Design and the agile process
- Ability to capture requirements and collaborate with business partners and build upon their vision.
- Ability to design usable, accessible, and engaging digital end-to-end user experiences & testable prototypes for the web and mobile in tools such as Adobe, Figma and Principle based on a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles.
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong UI design projects
- Experience in UX Design is a plus
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and related software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
