We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team on a full-time, in-office basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging, user-centric designs that drive business success, and is up-to-date with current design trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Translate findings into actionable insights.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• Visual Design: Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and executed to the highest standards.
• Iterative Design Process: Utilize feedback from user testing and team reviews to refine designs continuously.
• Design System Management: Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide to be used across all platforms and projects.
• Trend Analysis: Stay informed on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design to keep our products competitive and innovative.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• User-Centered Design: Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, create personas, and translate findings into compelling designs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
