Job Title: Ebook Upseller (Experienced Only)
Location: On-site – ZX Gohar Building, Tariq Road, Karachi
Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
Salary: 400K – 600K PKR (Up to 1M for top performers)
Target: $15K – $20K/month
We’re hiring a results-driven Upseller to join our sales team in the ebooks and publishing domain. This is a premium, relationship-based sales role. Your focus will be on building trust, identifying further needs, and closing high-value upsells that elevate the client experience. If you’re confident, persuasive, and experienced in dealing with international clients, this role is for you.

Requirements:
- Upsell additional ebook services to existing clients
- Build strong client relationships and boost revenue
- Meet monthly targets through strategic pitching
- Understand product offerings and tailor recommendations
- Negotiate confidently and close high-ticket upgrades
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Qualifications:
- O/A Levels background preferred
- Proven upselling or sales experience with international clients is a must.
- Excellent spoken English and phone confidence
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with digital or publishing services
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- High base salary + uncapped commissions
- Monthly performance bonuses and growth-based increments
- Supportive, high-performing sales culture
- Potential to earn up to PKR 1M/month for the right performer
