Sales Target: $10K - 15k$
Salary Range: PKR 250,000 – 300,000 + Uncapped Commission + Attendance Allowance

Vehicle: A company maintained car (Depending upon target) T&C applied

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the web and design industry? We're looking for a motivated Upseller to join our team and take client engagement to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Upselling Expertise: Identify opportunities to upsell web and design services to both existing and potential clients
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Sales Execution: Strategically plan and execute upselling techniques to consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
• Market Insight: Stay updated on the latest trends in web and design to confidently present value-driven solutions
• Effective Negotiation: Close sales by negotiating terms that benefit both the company and the client
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, upselling activities, and sales performance
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

• O/A Levels background preferred
• Prior sales experience, especially in web and design, is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Proficient in negotiation and closing deals
• Familiarity with web design and development concepts
• Target-oriented with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
