Responsibilities:

Craft and send proposals to potential clients on Upwork, utilizing company-provided connects.

Maintain and update the assigned Upwork profile to ensure it reflects the company’s standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their queries and providing relevant information.

Collaborate with the team to finalize project details and ensure client satisfaction.

Achieve a monthly sales target of $3,000 through successful bids and project closures.

Requirements:

Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with Upwork and its bidding process.

Ability to identify client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.

Proven ability to work independently and meet targets.

Shift Timings:

Morning Shift: 9 AM to 5 P
