What You’ll Do
  • Run daily business development on Upwork — scan, pitch, follow-up, close
  • Identify & sell AI/SaaS/DevOps projects to funded startups
  • Write proposals that cut through the noise
  • Own a pipeline across Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct channels
  • Collaborate with tech teams to estimate scope and delivery
  • Work directly with the CEO to close 5-figure+ deals


What We’re Looking For
  • 0–3 years in business development, sales, or tech services
  • Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable selling technical solutions in AI/SaaS
  • Familiar with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Nav, HubSpot
  • Bonus: Experience selling GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or DevOps
