- Run daily business development on Upwork — scan, pitch, follow-up, close
- Identify & sell AI/SaaS/DevOps projects to funded startups
- Write proposals that cut through the noise
- Own a pipeline across Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct channels
- Collaborate with tech teams to estimate scope and delivery
- Work directly with the CEO to close 5-figure+ deals
- 0–3 years in business development, sales, or tech services
- Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable selling technical solutions in AI/SaaS
- Familiar with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Nav, HubSpot
- Bonus: Experience selling GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or DevOps
- Work with a sharp, ambitious team building real AI systems
- High-growth environment with real global client exposure
- Learn how to sell high-ticket technical services with confidence
