Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Upwork bidder to join our team and help us secure projects that align with our skills and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful bidding on Upwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and articulate our value proposition effectively.


Qualifications

  • Experience in bid management and proposal writing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • 6-12 months of experience in upwork bidding and project acquisition processes.
  • Understanding of mobile and web app development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential projects on Upwork that match our expertise.
  • Write compelling and tailored proposals to attract clients.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
  • Monitor and manage the bidding process, including follow-ups and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure proposals reflect our capabilities accurately.
  • Track bid performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.


Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in a specific niche relevant to our business (e.g., odoo CRM, e-commerce, mobile/web development).
  • Knowledge of Upwork's bidding algorithms and best practices.
