Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork and craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a high success rate in converting bids into winning projects.
- Build and maintain client relationships through strong communication and project management skills.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align bids with company expertise.
- Analyze Upwork profiles and strategies to continuously improve visibility and success.
- Stay updated on industry trends in both Upwork bidding and digital marketing to keep strategies effective.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or similar freelancing platforms.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
