Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our U.S.-based BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have native or near-native English fluency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks with discretion and efficiency. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage priorities, and enable the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives. This role offers direct exposure to high-level decision-making, professional growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to play a critical part in driving organizational success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Act as the CEOs right hand, ensuring priorities are met and initiatives progress.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics with precision.
- Executive Communications: Draft, review, and manage emails, correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
- Project Coordination: Assist with ongoing projects, track deliverables, oversee milestones, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Meeting Preparation & Leadership: Organize agendas, capture key decisions, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-through action items.
- Information Management: Maintain confidential files, records, and databases with accuracy and discretion.
- Vendor, Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for external partners, clients, and senior leadership.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries as needed.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Master's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; specialized administrative training is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives in multinational organizations.
- Native or near native English fluency, both written and spoken, with advanced professional communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the foresight to anticipate executive needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration platforms; quick to adapt to new tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and remain composed under pressure.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment.
- Availability to work as full-time employee in U.S. business hours (7:00 PM 4:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
