This is an onsite position. As a User Acquisition Manager at Mindstorm you will play a key role in attracting new users, building processes, defining marketing strategies, managing budget, and analysing data. By working closely with the development, design, and production teams you will take all necessary measures to ensure the campaigns run effectively and goals are achievable. You are the right person for this job if you are a strong problem solver across multiple verticals, can manage multiple priorities, and maintain enthusiasm and focus in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, enjoy working with people, and can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. You have a solid understanding of the gaming industry and the latest user acquisition tools, and you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.

What will you be doing?
- Plan, execute, and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple games
- Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize towards ROI, using data-driven insights.
- Track, analyze, and regularly report on key UA metrics
- Drive A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance and scalability.
- Identify and target key user segments across channels such as social media, search, and email.
- Develop high-level creative strategies and collaborate on monetization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve UA processes and workflows
- Develop and manage UA budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Stay proactive and up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong growth mindset with the motivation to learn and advance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with iOS and Android platforms is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Understanding of team dynamics, motivation, and interpersonal differences, with the ability to build trust and accountability.
- Solid understanding of UA metrics and performance indicators.
- Experience managing UA campaigns with significant budgets.
- Hands-on experience with Firebase, Looker, Adjust, or similar analytics and attribution tools.
- Experience with data visualization and UA tools.
- Motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Gaming industry experience is a plus.
