What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a UX Designer to streamline ERP workflows for users with limited literacy. This role focuses on making existing ERP forms and flows more intuitive, contextual, and humane—without altering their core logic. You’ll refine field order, input clarity, and UX copy to help users complete tasks confidently, even with minimal reading proficiency. This is a field-first role: most days will be spent observing and interacting with users directly in their real working environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-field research to understand how users interact with ERP tools
• Identify friction points in current workflows and forms
• Optimize field order, labels, tooltips, and user flows
• Translate research insights into actionable UX and copy improvements
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive implementation

• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for details, processes, and data analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver with a process improvement mindset.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong foundation in HCI, UX principles, and interaction design
• Experience designing for CRUD-heavy or data-intensive systems
• High empathy and proven ability to design for low-literacy users
• Comfortable spending most workdays on-site, in the field
• Understanding of ERP/accounting workflows or openness to learning them quickly
