Roles And Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Ø 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Developer.

Ø Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Application Development business solutions.

Ø Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that align with the overall design and branding guidelines.

Ø Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate and validate design concepts and interactions.

Ø Conduct user research activities, such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gain insights into user needs, behaviours, and preferences.

Ø Analyse and synthesize user research findings to inform design decisions and iterate on UI/UX designs based on user feedback.

Ø Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and understanding of user requirements and design objectives.

Ø Advocate for user-centred design principles and ensure the user's perspective is considered throughout the product development lifecycle.

Ø Conduct user testing sessions, both remote and in-person, to evaluate and validate the usability and effectiveness of UI/UX designs.

Ø Analyse and interpret user testing results to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the user experience.

Ø Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to deliver innovative and user-friendly designs.

Ø Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs, providing guidance and support as needed.

Education Qualifications:

Ø A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Ø Proven experience in software development.

Ø Good working knowledge with team at client location.

Ø Excellent technical knowledge.

Ø Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.

Ø Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Ø Work from Office only.
