UX/UI Designer

DevDimensions is on the hunt for a UX/UI Designer who's ready to craft innovative experiences and elevate their digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for our digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and other interactive platforms.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and translate findings into design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implement design solutions.
• Apply user-centered design principles to ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain and contribute to design system guidelines and components.
• Support the design team in creating and maintaining design documentation, such as style guides and design specifications.
• Assist in the creation and execution of design presentations to stakeholders.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably working on digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research techniques, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and is involved in client communication.
