UX/UI Designer

Texagon is looking for a UI/UX Engineer, the role involves conducting user research to understand the target audience, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements, and analyzing user data and market trends. You then design intuitive user interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure platform consistency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you provide design guidance, stay updated on industry trends, and establish design guidelines.

Requirements:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) -Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Certifications in Design or related field: Certifications in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or additional relevant courses in UI/UX design are a plus.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time management skills
• Good knowledge of UI/UX design techniques
• Good to have BSc in Design, Computer Science or a relevant field
