Hiring: UI/UX Designer (Logistics / Operations Platform)

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands how real systems are used, not just how they look.

This role is focused on improving an active portal, specifically workflows around different portal and site design. These screens are used daily by worldwide teams, so clarity, speed, and usability matter more than flashy visuals.

What you’ll work on

• Redesign portal screens related to management and work flow
• Improve UX flow for operational users handling operation tasks
• Maintain brand colors and visual identity while improving usability
• Apply competitor and market research to justify design decisions
• Deliver practical, developer-friendly designs (not abstract concepts)

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in UI/UX for dashboards, portals, or SaaS products
• Ability to think in user flows, edge cases, and real-world usage
• Experience redesigning existing systems (not only greenfield designs)
• Solid understanding of UX principles for data-heavy and operational tools
• Ability to explain why a design works, not just how it looks
• Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools)

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics, fleet management, or operations-based platforms
• Familiarity with handoff to developers and iterative UX improvements
