Vendor Compliance Executive

As a Vendor Compliance Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between our live operations team and partner merchants. This position is all about smart problem-solving — stepping in where the Live Ops team needs additional support, identifying process gaps, and driving issue resolution directly with partner management when required. You’ll help strengthen partnerships, enhance service quality, and ultimately ensure that every customer enjoys a seamless experience.

Importantly, your performance in this role is directly linked to the performance of our vendors, as you’ll be working to ensure they consistently meet operational and service standards.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Monitoring live orders, cancellations, customer concerns, post-delivery complaints, and merchant-related delays that could impact customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with teams during major events or peak periods to ensure merchants are well-prepared to handle increased demand.
• Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with merchants via email, phone, and other platforms to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyzing vendor performance trends and identifying opportunities to improve compliance and service quality.
• Proactively developing and implementing new, resolution-centric approaches to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Supporting internal teams to ensure timely escalation and closure of merchant-related issues.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional call handling, email correspondence, and structured escalation management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships within internal teams, the partnership team, and external merchants.
• A proactive mindset with analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to navigate and appreciate cross-cultural business interactions.

• Previous experience in vendor relations, live operations, customer experience, or compliance management.
