We are looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our creative team and bring stories to life through exceptional video content. You’ll be playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our video production quality to match the impressive standards showcased in our latest demos.

Role Overview

As a Video Editor & Motion Designer, you will collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing leads, and stakeholders to produce high-quality videos that captivate and engage our audience. You’ll leverage your technical expertise, creativity, and keen eye for detail to produce polished video assets that align with vFairs’ brand identity and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for demos, marketing, webinars, and social media.
• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations to elevate video storytelling and engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ideate, storyboard, and execute visually stunning video content.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, audio editing, and smooth transitions.
• Optimize video assets for different platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while incorporating creative, fresh ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, motion design, and tools to keep our content competitive.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics creation.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with tools like DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, or Blender is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work that matches vFairs’ recent demo quality.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver compelling, visually engaging video content.
• Solid understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with 2D/3D animation, typography, and kinetic text.
• Audio editing (syncing, mixing, noise reduction).
• Strong grasp of color grading and visual effects.
• Ability to maintain high standards of precision in editing, timing, and aesthetics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage feedback constructively.
