Hiring a Full-Time Video Editor for My Personal Brand (On-Site – Lahore, Bahria Town)

Hey there! This is Waqas Ahmed. I run Ahmed Solutions, a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps businesses scale with social media advertising and sales. However, this role is primarily for my personal brand, where you’ll be responsible for editing YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels, and creating thumbnails.

In addition to video editing for my personal brand, you will occasionally assist with agency client projects, including ad creatives, social media post designs, and other relevant creative work during your free time. This ensures a well-rounded experience while keeping your main focus on high-quality video editing.

Future Growth Opportunity: As our client base expands, this role will transition exclusively to video editing and content creation for my personal brand.

• Editing YouTube Videos – Long-form content (2-3 hours daily) with engaging storytelling, pacing, and effects.
• Creating Instagram Reels & Social Media Videos – Short, high-energy, viral-style edits (2-3 reels per day).
• Thumbnail Design – Craft eye-catching YouTube & Instagram thumbnails using Photoshop.
• Editing Video Ads & Promotional Content – Assist in high-converting ad creatives for our agency’s clients as needed.
• Social Media Post Design – Occasionally design static posts for Facebook & Instagram.
• Collaborating on Creative Projects – Work with me and the team on branding, motion graphics, and innovative content ideas.
• Working with Our Organic Growth Specialist – You’ll collaborate closely with our Organic Growth Specialist, who will provide insights on what's working and what’s not in terms of Thumbnails, Hook Rate, Hold Rate (Video View Rate), and Engagement Metrics to optimize performance.
• Staying Updated – Keep up with trends in video editing, social media, and digital advertising.

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro – A must-have 3+ years of experience in Adobe for seamless video editing.
• Photoshop Skills – Ability to create high-quality thumbnails and visual assets.
• Bonus Skills in Final Cut Pro / ScreenFlow – We are instilling the Apple eco-system into our office slowly, so having prior experience with Mac OS operating systems is a huge + 
• Strong Storytelling & Editing Sense – Understanding of pacing, transitions, and audience engagement.
• Experience with Social Media & Paid Ad Editing – Ability to create engaging, fast-paced content for Instagram, YouTube, and digital ads.
• Creativity & Initiative – Someone who brings new ideas and solutions.
• Detail-Oriented & Efficient – Able to maintain high standards while working at a fast pace.
• Understanding Digital Marketing & Consumer Psychology – Experience with running ads, understanding buyer personas, and implementing creative strategies will be a plus point.
• High Standards & Focused Work Ethic – This job isn’t easy work and requires utmost focus. Every cut, transition, and creative decision matters, and we are not looking for low standards in execution.

• On-Site Job – Sector E, Bahria Town, Lahore (No remote work option).
• Monday to Saturday, 3 PM to 11 PM PKT.

• Starting Salary: PKR 70,000 per month.
• Performance-Based Growth – Potential to earn PKR 100,000+ within 3-6 months based on results.
• Performance Bonuses – Additional incentives for exceptional work.
• Travel Allowance – If you live more than 30 minutes away from Lahore, we offer an additional PKR 20,000 travel package.

• Probation Period: 3 to 6 months, depending on experience and performance.
• This is a full-time position, and you cannot work with any other company or freelance clients while employed.
