Video Game Developer (Unity / Unreal)

MarkiSoft is hiring an elite Game Developer (Unity or Unreal Engine) to join our on-site team in Lahore. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes game development, understands real-time systems at the engine level, and thrives on building high-performance gameplay systems from scratch.

• Develop and optimize core gameplay mechanics, physics, rendering pipelines, and AI systems
• Build scalable multiplayer features and tools for smoother production
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to integrate complex systems into cohesive experiences
• Debug performance bottlenecks and edge-case issues under pressure
• Work in a version-controlled multi-branch environment (Git/Perforce/Plastic SCM)

• 5+ years of professional experience in game development
• Deep expertise in Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++)
• Shipped commercial titles or high-quality demos
• Strong grasp of memory management, engine architecture, multithreading, and performance profiling
• Solid knowledge of linear algebra, physics, and vector math

• Experience with multiplayer netcode (client/server or rollback)
• Shader programming (HLSL/GLSL)
• Procedural generation and custom tooling
• VR/AR development
• Familiarity with profiling tools like Unity Profiler, RenderDoc, PIX, or Unreal Insights
