Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Producer to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for brand campaigns, internal culture initiatives, events, social media, and client-facing projects. This role requires strong storytelling skills, technical expertise in video production, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery while maintaining brand consistency.
Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for brand campaigns, internal culture content, events, social media, and client-facing materials.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and key moments during events, workshops, team activities, and corporate functions.
- Manage and maintain video production equipment, ensuring readiness for shoots.
Creative Concept Development
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Research and implement the latest video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms to ensure fresh and engaging content.
Post-Production
- Edit videos with attention to detail, including color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics/animations when needed.
- Optimize short-form, vertical content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Project & Brand Management
- Maintain an organized workflow for multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the content calendar.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to PF's branding guidelines and tone across platforms.
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation for marketing or brand purposes.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of photography principles and basic photo editing.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and optimization strategies.
