We are seeking a Video Production Training & Quality Assurance Lead to own the pipeline that ensures every video asset created by our Virtual Assistants (VAs) meets the highest standards for technical quality, creative execution, and client success.
This role requires an expert video editor who is also a disciplined, process-oriented trainer, capable of setting clear benchmarks and driving measurable improvements in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Strategic Responsibilities: Standardization and Quality Control
You will be the final authority on the quality of our E-commerce video editing talent, bridging the gap between instructional theory and operational reality.
- Quality Standard Definition: Establish, document, and manage the technical and creative Quality Assurance (QA) criteria for all E-commerce video outputs (short-form ads, product demonstrations, social media cuts).
- Curriculum Development Focus: Design and manage training modules, hands-on projects, and instructional materials focused specifically on achieving high-fidelity technical standards, including proper codec export, optimal resolution and aspect ratios for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, color correction consistency, and professional sound mixing.
- Certification and Benchmarking: Develop and execute a mandatory Video Editor Certification Program for all new hires and current VAs, utilizing practical assessment scores and QA metrics to determine readiness for client work.
- Skill Gap Analysis: Partner with Operations and Client Success teams to analyze video performance data and client feedback. Use this information to identify systemic skill deficiencies and immediately deploy targeted coaching and training interventions.
- Tool Standardization: Lead advanced workshops on Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, emphasizing efficient workflow, project organization, and template use to ensure speed and consistency across the entire VA team. Maintain expertise in rapid-editing tools (CapCut, InShot) as necessary.

- Professional Video Experience: 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in video editing, post-production, or digital commercial asset creation, with a strong emphasis on technical quality control and delivery standards. A portfolio is required.
- Instructional Expertise: 2+ years of formal experience in developing, managing, and delivering technical training or Learning & Development programs, preferably to a remote or BPO workforce.
- QA & Process Mindset: Proven ability to create checklists, rubrics, and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for creative tasks. Experience with QA auditing or technical review processes is highly desirable.
- Adobe Suite Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is non-negotiable. Must be able to teach and troubleshoot advanced software functions.
- Virtual Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead virtual training sessions, provide constructive critical feedback, and mentor remote talent toward technical mastery.
