About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and professional Virtual Assistants to support the operations of an Insurance Company based in Canada. This role involves day-to-day administrative assistance, calendar management, call handling, data organization, and coordination with the client’s internal team.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Urdu, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong organizational capabilities with prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming client/customer calls and perform live transfers to designated departments or personnel.
- Manage and update the company calendar, ensuring all follow-ups are properly scheduled.
- Coordinate and schedule calls/appointments on behalf of management.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and data across the company’s CRM or software tools.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and email drafts as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the management team.
- Follow up with clients or internal teams as required via phone or email.
- Perform other general office and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (VA, Admin Assistant, or Coordinator).
- Excellent English and Urdu communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or cloud tools such as Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail are a must.
- Comfortable with call handling and coordination in English.
- Willing to work onsite (no remote option) and strictly within EST time zone (9 AM to 5 PM Canada time).
Preferred Experience (not mandatory but a plus):
- Experience working with international clients, especially in North America.
- Familiarity with insurance processes, CRM systems, or virtual communication tools and dialers like Ring Central.
