About The Affiliated Organization

YES Network Pakistan is spearheading a national changemaking movement. It is recognized as a leading resource for unlocking the changemaking power of young people. We help educational and vocational institutions become Changemaker Campuses, and we facilitate hundreds of young people every year to begin their first-ever changemaking journey. Through our Trust-First Changemaking Model, we provide institutions and youth with immediate, real-world, trust-based opportunities to create social and economic impact. We have already planted the seeds of changemaking in 1200+ institutions. We have developed a simple, practical, and scalable method to turn young people into changemakers. Through this model, we are building a local and global community of change leaders who embed changemaking into their culture, programs, and operations. Young people are not lacking potential — they are lacking trust, opportunity, and a system that believes in them. Traditional education prepares youth to fit into existing systems, not transform them. Job Description

This project is to design and prepare the final layout of my new book on transforming educational institutions into Changemaker Campuses. The book is complete in content and now needs a beautiful, professional design, including cover design, interior layout, and optional illustrations. The goal is to create a visually compelling, reader-friendly, and inspiring book that can be shared both as an e-copy and a print-ready version with educational leaders, policymakers, youth, and global partners. YES Network needs you to design an attractive and impactful book cover!

• Create the interior layout (fonts, spacing, chapter headers, formatting)
• Add illustrations or simple visuals (if possible)
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files
• Ensure the final product is polished, consistent, and engaging
  
  

Your work will be important because this book captures years of journeys, insights, and proven methods for transforming institutions and activating young changemakers. A powerful design will help the message reach more educators, inspire more institutions, and accelerate the spread of changemaking. • Book layout and formatting experience (preferably with tools like InDesign, Canva, or similar)
• Graphic design skills for creating a visually appealing cover
• Ability to produce clean, readable, and professional interior design
• Experience with illustration or simple visual storytelling (optional but preferred) Understanding of print-ready and digital-ready formatting requirements
• A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout consistency
