Warehouse Specialist (Faisalabad Plant)

Job Purpose:

To manage all Operational activities of Warehouse as per pre-defined SOPs, Quality standards and KPIs including SAP working; execute order management and manage inbound/outbound logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute Order Management for sales of Lahore region and assigned zones of Faisalabad region
• Compare Orders with Stock position; prioritize orders according to town classification.
• Monitor pending orders through SAP (T.Code: VA05) for issuance of pending stocks with next order dispatch
• Manage Stock availability for IMT & LMT Stores to cater the bulk order demands for high volume sales. To manage the stock availability v/s sales order shared by the Key accounts team to determine the need for replenishment and reservation.
• Monitor shrink wrap activity for special Consumer Promotions on IMT's. Plan and allocate stocks for on-time dispatch as per sales order.
• Facilitate customers by providing relevant information about credit balance / stock for timely resolution / reconciliation of service issues and complaints.
• Generate and upload XML file of delivery challans on Agility server through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process for synchronization of data.
• Order closing activity with proper reasoning for delivery KPI report.
• Manage periodic and ad-hoc reporting on Warehousing and Logistics, using SAP Based data, for Managerial decision making.
• Communicate stock position and shortage to align other warehousing, logistics and replenishment team members for timely of stocks and order fulfilment according to inventory KPI.
• Integration of SAP & 3PL Warehouse Management System to ensure no physical major discrepancies are observed.
• To ensure 100% utilization of pallets and monitor pallet position on daily basis by coordinating with replenishment team. Reduce partial pallets on monthly basis to increase space.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly, safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Monitor the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor & coordinating with 3PL for compliance of Batch Management.
• Prepare and send SKU-wise report on 3-months old stock to FGS Team for decision on stock movement to warehouses where it is needed and liquidate the stock with the coordination of sales teams & distributors.
• Send Sales dispatch summary report to regional sales teams to share information of stock availability at distribution warehouses.

Background Requirements:

Bachelor/Master's degree in relevant discipline,

3 to 5 years in Warehousing and Inventory Management (Food or FMCG Industry).
