About this role…

As we continue to expand, Flipdish is growing its Onboarding and Web Development presence. We are seeking a high-achiever with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript who can help our customers onboard with new websites quicker and cleaner than ever before. Flexibility in being able to adapt to changing priorities is a must, as no 2 customers are the same! We expect the candidate to be able to travel to our Karachi office 5 days a week.

In this job, you’ll…

• Website and App Customization: Create and customize websites and apps using templates, adjusting elements like colors, text, and layout to align with client branding.
• Web Development: Customize and enhance websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create functional, user-friendly pages.
• Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring project milestones are met and CRM records are up-to-date.
• Website Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing client websites and customizations as needed.
• System Integration & Domain Management: Embed the Flipdish ordering system into client websites and manage DNS, NS records, domain purchases, and transfers to prevent downtime.
• Client & Internal Collaboration: Serve as the key point of contact for client requests and support other internal teams with website and domain-related queries.

We’re looking for…

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional website development, with a focus in HTML and CSS.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with our products and services.
• Project Management Skills: Organised, responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing projects. Ability to take the lead and ensure projects are completed on time with a bias for action and unfazed by ambiguity.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable managing interactions and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, taking a proactive approach to analysing problems and generating solutions.
• Proficiency in Javascript
• Strong experience with a variety of CMS like Wordpress, including themes and plugins
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with customers and internal stakeholder
• It’s a bonus if you have knowledge in in jQuery, SQL, PHP and Web Design
