Webflow Developer

We’re Hiring 2 Webflow Developers! (On-Site – DHA Phase 5, Karachi)

Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 110,000/month (based on experience and skills)

Type: Full-time, On-Site (No remote applicants)

Timing: 11 am-7 pm (Monday-Friday, Saturday-half day)

Sharks Studio is a Web design and development agency based in DHA Phase 5, Karachi, working with international clients. We specialize in building fast, clean, and scalable websites using Webflow and we partner closely with design agencies, startups, and creative teams to bring their ideas to life with precision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Build and maintain responsive websites in Webflow

- Convert Figma files into clean, functional layouts

- Set up CMS collections and dynamic pages

- Implement animations, interactions, and smooth scrolling

- Debug issues and optimize performance

- Work closely with our design and marketing teams

Role 1: Intermediate Webflow Developer

- 2–3+ years of Webflow development experience

- Strong portfolio with multiple live projects

- Good understanding of CMS, animations, and breakpoints

- Familiar with Client-First naming system (or willing to adapt)

- Able to handle full builds with minimal supervision

Role 2: Junior Webflow Developer

- 6–12 months of Webflow experience

- Knows the basics: layouts, CMS, basic animations

- Has built at least 2–3 practice or client projects

- Willing to learn and grow under guidance

- Good sense of design and responsive structure

For Both Roles:

- You must be willing to work on-site, full-time in DHA Phase 5

- You love clean design and pixel-perfect builds

- You enjoy collaborating and solving problems

- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to improve

 Bonus Points:

- Familiar with Finsweet Attributes or Relume Library

- Comfortable with basic HTML & CSS

- Have experience working in a design/dev team setup

- Communicate clearly and love learning new tools
