Role Description
- L3 Support & Troubleshooting: Handle escalated issues from L1/L2 teams related to Windchill performance, configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Customization & Development: Develop, customize, and enhance Windchill using Java, JSP, Info*Engine, and Windchill APIs.
- System Administration: Perform advanced system monitoring, debugging, and log analysis to ensure platform stability.
- Data Migration & Upgrades: Support version upgrades, patches, and data migration activities.
- Integration Support: Work on integrations between Windchill and ERP, CAD, or other enterprise systems.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system performance issues, tuning database queries and Windchill configurations.
- User Support & Documentation: Provide guidance to users, create knowledge base articles, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for L3 support.
- 5+ years of experience in Windchill L3 Support or development
- Knowledge of Oracle/MS SQL databases for Windchill, including writing queries and performance tuning.
- Experience in Windchill upgrades, patches, and data migration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a global support environment.
