Role description

• Experience: 10+ years in Windows/Linux engineering and operations, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/MECM, and Linux OS administration.

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure management.

  • Strong knowledge of automation and configuration management tools (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef).

  • Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Docker).

  • Deep understanding of security best practices, patching, and compliance frameworks.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
